Order Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

 ORDER CANCELLATION

   Order cancellation request can be raised within 24 hours from the time of placing the order, by sharing us an email to support@astamart.in with your order ID and the reason for cancellation. Alternatively, you can contact us through WhatsApp also. (our WhatsApp number is 63805 71764 )

   All orders are automatically processed and sent for shipment as soon as they are ready. 

   Once the order is shipped from the warehouse, it cannot be cancelled.

    If you cancel your order AFTER it has been shipped, please follow our Refund Policy.  The cancellation will be treated as a Return.

    For the pre paid orders, after refund is initiated at our end, it will take around 7 working days for Razor Pay to credit money back to your account.

 RETURN

     If the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.

     As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. 

     Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange

      To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Non-returnable items: 

  •       Men & Women inners.
  •       In case of any size issues in the t-shirts, crop tops & hoodies, there will be no replacement or refund under any circumstances. (That is when the sizes are as per the size chart provided in the website)

        The shoppers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order.

        The color of the dress may slightly vary as per the customer's screen resolution.

       

Shipping back to us

        To return your product, you should mail your product to:

         In case of returning defective product, the shipping charges will be barred by the company; otherwise customers have to bare the shipping cost'

Exchanges (if applicable)

       We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to           exchange it for the same item,

 REFUND (if applicable)

       Refund will be initiated only after we receive the product at our end and QC verification.

  • Pre-paid orders

       After refund is initiated at our end, it will take around 7 working days for Razor Pay to credit money back to your account.

  • COD orders

        For cash on delivery orders, the refund amount will be settled into the bank account shared by customer through e-mail.
