RETURN
If the customer receives a faulty product then he or she can raise the return request.
When the customer received exactly what he/she ordered, return will not be allowed.
(The shoppers are requested to check the size guide before placing the order. The color of the dress may slightly vary as per the customer's screen resolution.)
Our policy lasts 5 days. If 5 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
As we do not have a reverse pickup facility yet, you are requested to ship the product(s) back to us. Please pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
In case of returning defective product, the shipping charges will be barred by the company; otherwise customers have to bare the shipping cost'
Exchanges (if applicable)

REFUND (if applicable)
Refund will be initiated only after we receive the product at our end and QC verification.
- for Pre-paid orders, after refund is initiated at our end, it will take around 7 working days for Razor Pay to credit money back to your account.
- for COD orders the refund amount will be settled into the bank account shared by customer.
